Bachelor of Science in Law

The program alms to provide the student a) with sufficient knowledge and skills as enlisted in the Educational Objectives of the School, in order to enable them to integrate formal academic learning wit legally related experiential training to correlate to real-world needs, b) to enable me students to enter the legal profession under the supervision of a qualified attorney or in a corporate body under the supervision of a senior executive, c) to prepare the students for further studies leading to the Juris Doctor to practice Law or to Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degree programs and d)to educate and motivate the students foe life-long self-improvement and professional growth in a volatile profession.

Requirements for graduation:

To complete the Bachelor of Science in Law degree program, the student is required to complete or have the equivalent of a minimum of 130 semester units, of which a minimum of 60 units will be in Law core courses and upper-division free-elective courses of the School, 40 units should be in General Education courses from any of the following areas: Natural Science, Social and behavioral Sciences, Humanities, Computer Sciences, and Mathematics and Engineering. The remaining 20 units may be in the form of Incoming or Earned Credit either in form of business and/or general education areas or as a result of LWEA, a needed, to meet the total unit requirement for the degree program.
